Sun Tzu & The Art of War

Sun Tzu lived during China’s Warring States period, five hundred years before the birth of Christ.  That made him older than Alexander the Great and younger than King Croesus.  There are scattered references to Sun Tzu in history, but no definitive record of his life.  In ancient China, men were known by their family names.  “Sun Tzu” means a man of the Sun clan; likely there were more than one male in the Sun family.  He could have been one man or several.  No one knows for sure.

What we know for sure is the enormous influence his work has on history.  They have inspired CEO’s, generals, politicians and leaders.

The art of war is not about fighting; it's about winning.  Know the art of war and you know how to stay ahead of the game, to maximize resources, to make the right move at the right time, and to achieve success in the business of life.
